Dear Mr Stodel
Shalom uvracha umo’adim l’simcha!
May this find you and yours well!
Good to meet you!
Recently Mr Solly Epstein, grandson
of late Rev Josefowitz of
Robertson, told me you had
contacted him re- the Robertson
Jewish community.
Mr & Mrs Epstein's younger son,
Gordon, and I were in Basic
Training together in the SADF in
1989!
Today I found on the excellent CHOL
website your interesting
comprehensive article and
photographs.
Thank you and yashar-ko’ach for
your time and trouble to compile
it!
Bivracha,
Rabbi Stuart Serwator

Dear Philip
Wow! What a wonderful job you have done, a gift for the former Jewish Community of Robertson. The families and their stories give a lovely feel of what it might have been like to grow up in Robertson. You have a knack of getting under the skin of the place and people and describing it all so gracefully. Your Robertson pages are a great addition to the CHOL website.
With best wishes
Geraldine
